From its casual beginnings in 1986, The 10:30 Band has become a popular regional band, in and around Columbus, Georgia, playing authentic 1960's era Beach, Soul, and Rock and Roll music. Playing primarily private parties, wedding receptions, and corporate engagements, the Band plays a wide variety of high-energy, horn-driven music that appeals to young and old alike. |

Bob Barr Community Band
The Bob Barr Community Band is conducted by Dr. George Corradino and rehearses Monday nights from 7:00 to 9:00 pm in the Jordan High School Band Room. We are always looking for new members. The band is composed mainly from amateur musicians, but also contains a multitude of professional musicians. Membership is open to the public and anyone with music in their background is encouraged to join. |

Cavaliers Orchestra
Formed in Columbus, Ga. by Jimmy Fuller in 1946. Since then it has grown under the leadership of John Beecher, Earl Baker, Orlando DiFabio, John Shur, Frank Robinson, Alan Ramsay, Mickey Luttrell and, since 1996, George Corradino.The Band has a library of over 500 songs arranged by some most outstanding Big Band arrangers in the country, 300 of which are fully rehearsed and performed on a regular basis. They have five uniforms from formal to casual and have the highest quality equipment including sound system, stands, lights and a trailer. The band includes 5 Saxes, 4 Trumpets, 4 Trombones, Piano, Bass, Drums and Guitar as well as 3 male and a female vocalists. |
Columbus Jazz Society
The only permanent, continuous link to live jazz music in the area. The Columbus Jazz Society began in the late 70's with a few musicians and singers getting together to enjoy live jazz. See web site for details on meeting times and location. |

Garrett is legally blind; however, he has a unique perception of life and the world around him, due to a positive influence from his devoted parents and caring sister, Taylor. |
